BBB A+ Accredited Business
What it means: The Better Business Bureau A+ rating is the highest possible score, awarded to businesses that meet BBB accreditation standards for trust, advertising, transparency, and responsiveness to customer concerns.
How we earned it: Maintained an A+ rating through zero unresolved complaints, transparent business practices, and consistent customer satisfaction. We respond promptly to every inquiry and stand behind our work with written warranties.

Angi Super Service Award
What it means: The Super Service Award is given to top-rated professionals on Angi (formerly Angie's List) who maintain exceptional ratings, respond promptly to customer requests, and consistently deliver outstanding work.
How we earned it: Received multiple Super Service Awards through consistently high customer ratings — 4.9 stars with hundreds of verified reviews. Our commitment to responsiveness and quality has earned us this distinction year after year.
Manufacturer Certification
CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster
What it means: The SELECT ShingleMaster credential represents the highest level of CertainTeed installer qualification. It requires advanced training in shingle installation techniques and a track record of customer satisfaction.
How we earned it: Completed CertainTeed's comprehensive training program and maintained top quality standards for over 20 years. We regularly attend refresher courses to stay current with the latest materials and installation methods. Jake Stout received the Certainteed 'Wizzard' certificate for completing the ShingleMaster test on the first try. According to CertainTeed, the certificate is 'prestigious and rare'. We've installed thousands of CertainTeed Landmark and Presidential roofs across the Seattle area.
Manufacturer Certification
GAF Certified Contractor
What it means: GAF is North America's largest shingle manufacturer. Their Certified Contractor designation is awarded to roofers who are factory-trained, properly licensed and insured, and have a proven reputation for quality work. Only 7% of roofing contractors hold this certification.
How we earned it: Over 40 years of consistent, high-quality GAF Timberline HDZ installations. Our team completes annual manufacturer training and maintains all required insurance and licensing.

Malarkey Certified Contractor
What it means: Certified Pro contractors have completed in-person training with a Malarkey representative and passed the Pro-level certification test. Contractors are awarded badges which enable them to offer Malarkey's enhanced Pro Warranty when installing a complete Secure Choice roof system with at least three Malarkey accessories.
How we earned it: Completed Malarkey's training program, passed the test, met specific criteria and experience requirements and proved our enhanced knowledge of Malarkey roofing products.
Manufacturer Certification
Owens Corning Certified Preferred Contractor
What it means: A certified preferred OC contractor can offer the Owens Corning Preferred Protection System Roofing Limited Warranty which provides TRU PROtection for the first 50 years.
How we earned it: Roofing companies must be licensed, bonded and insured for at least $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, have a strong, verified track record of financial stability and customer service. The process requires an invitation from an Area Sales Manager.

What it means: Established in 1965, the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington brings the roofing industry together to increase success through advocacy, continuing education, professional collaboration, and consumer awareness.
