BBB A+ Accredited Business
What it means: The Better Business Bureau A+ rating is the highest possible score, awarded to businesses that meet BBB accreditation standards for trust, advertising, transparency, and responsiveness to customer concerns.
How we earned it: Maintained an A+ rating through zero unresolved complaints, transparent business practices, and consistent customer satisfaction. We respond promptly to every inquiry and stand behind our work with written warranties.

Angi Super Service Award
What it means: The Super Service Award is given to top-rated professionals on Angi (formerly Angie's List) who maintain exceptional ratings, respond promptly to customer requests, and consistently deliver outstanding work.
How we earned it: Received multiple Super Service Awards through consistently high customer ratings — 4.9 stars with hundreds of verified reviews. Our commitment to responsiveness and quality has earned us this distinction year after year.
Manufacturer Certification
CertainTeed ShingleMaster PRO
Credential valid through 31 January 2027
What it means: ShingleMaster PRO is CertainTeed's credentialed roofing company status, awarded against requirements in three categories — Business, Education and Partnership. It is reviewable at any time and carries a fixed expiry, so it reflects current standing rather than a course passed once.
How we earned it: Ten of our roofers completed CertainTeed's recertification in August 2026. We have worked with CertainTeed products for over 20 years and installed thousands of Landmark and Presidential roofs across the Seattle area. Jake Stout passed the ShingleMaster test on the first try and received CertainTeed's 'Wizzard' certificate, which they describe as prestigious and rare.
Manufacturer Training
GAF Systems
What it means: GAF is North America's largest shingle manufacturer. Their contractor program requires factory training, proper licensing and insurance, and a proven reputation for quality work.
How we earned it: Over 40 years of consistent, high-quality GAF Timberline HDZ installations. Our team attends manufacturer training and maintains all required insurance and licensing.

Malarkey Systems
What it means: Malarkey's Pro program involves in-person training with a Malarkey representative and a Pro-level assessment. It covers their Secure Choice roof system and the accessories that go with it.
How we earned it: Completed Malarkey's training program, passed the test, met specific criteria and experience requirements and proved our enhanced knowledge of Malarkey roofing products.
Manufacturer Training
Owens Corning Systems
What it means: Owens Corning's Preferred program covers their Preferred Protection System, which provides TRU PROtection for the first 50 years on qualifying installations.
How we earned it: The program requires a company to be licensed, bonded and insured for at least $1,000,000 in general liability, with a verified track record of financial stability and customer service. Entry is by invitation from an Area Sales Manager.
